Abstract

Productivity of mango in Indonesia based on the data of the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS) in 2011 amounting to 2,131,139 tons about 65.55% increase while the Year 2010, Indonesia is producing mango as much as 1,287,287 tons. The increase in the production of mangoes from the year 2010 to the year 2011 happened in Java amounted to 0.75 million tons or (94.55%), and outside the island of Java in the amount of 0.1 million tons or (19.66%). The production of abundant breeding resulted in the availability of mangoes during the harvest season (on season) while a vacancy when fruit availability outside the harvest season (off season). Solutions that can be carried out, namely the application of regulatory Substances capable of inducing Paclobutrazol growing flowering plants faster, and inhibit the growth of vegetative plants. The purpose of this research is to know how the granting of various regulatory substances concentration grows Paclobutrazol against the induction of flowering plants mango (Mangifera indica L.) Red Garifta mango. This research was carried out in January to September 2018 integrated Laboratory housed in faculty of agriculture and animal husbandry Muhammadiyah University of Malang, Gondang-Tegalgondo, Karangploso, Malang East Java. The design used in the study is a design of randomized simple . The concentration paklobutrazol (P) consisting of four levels namely P (0) = control, (P5) = 5 ml/L, (P10) = 10 ml/L, (P15) = 15 ml/l. Data tested using test BNJ 5% level. Parameters include observations arose interest, number of flowers per plant, panicle length and width, number of panicles, number of fruits per plant, number of fruits per panicle, the percentage would fruit per plant (Fruit Set), the total weight of the fruit, and the percentage of flowering plants. Research results show that flowering plants mango granting Paclobutrazol real time parameters against influential emerging interest, the number of flowers plant, number of panicles, long panicles, number of fruits plant, fruit formation (percentage fruit set), percentage flowering plant while the effect is not noticeable in the wide panicle parameter, the number of fruits panicle, and the total weight of the fruit.
