In coaching Village Government, BPMD has made a series of breakthroughs in order to obtain maximum results. There are several ways by BPMD that are training, comparative study, monitoring and consultation methods. These methods are done so that the village government participate to pro-active in the success of the program launched by BPMD. However, problems related to the liveliness of the village officials still often perceived by BPMD as the initiator of activities. Some inactivity village officials in participating training indirectly affect the quality of the training, but this does not disturb the gains of training, it is evidenced by the absorption of the budget, which reached 95% in 2015.
