Abstract

This research represent type research of survey at Self-service KUD Pakis Malang with title " EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PERSEDIAAN UNTUK MENGUKUR TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DALAM ALIRAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA SWALAYAN KOPERASI UNIT DESA (KUD) PAKIS – MALANG ". Target of this research is to know policy of supply in Self-service KUD Pakis Malang in levying of sembako through stream fluency of supply in each network element, so that can gratify all its consumer on schedule, precisely the quality of, and precisely amount. Technique data collecting in this research is with interview, documentation, and questioner. Variable which is used in this research is to Policy of Supply Qualitative, Policy of Supply Quantitatively, Measurement of Policy of Supply, and Satisfaction of Consumer. Technique measurement of variable use scale of likert, while examination of instrument use validity test and reliability. Technique analysis data use to span scale and is tabulation of data. Result of from this research is that levying of sembako in Self-service KUD Pakis Malang start from rice, cooking oil, margarine, egg, and milk can be told is " complete", while for sugar that is " less complete". In the case of type of sembako sold only 6 type from 9 type of sembako. Way of conducted ordering still have the character of traditionally. Supplier sembako highly varied, start from big company distributor up to special individual become rice supplier. While in the case of amount of ordering, sugar represent which many that is ± 4 ton / month, with ordering time take place mean every 2 week once. schedule of Reorder-Point only used for the type of rice sembako and sugar. Method determination of supply amount [is] method of perpetual. To the Percentage of Accomplishment of Request got [by] value equal to 91,67 %; Percentage of Available Time of Supply equal to 98,5 %; Speed of Time Service take place during 2 workday ( 1 workday = 8 hour); and Inventory Turn Over with value equal to 92,3 %. Seen from satisfaction of consumer start from quality of product, service, price, and expense / additional time of consumer mean Self-service KUD Pakis Malang express " satisfied" with policy of applied supply in the self-service. While way of to overcome problems as according to stream of Supply Chain Management ( SCM) at procedures ordering of sembako can be used by Vendor Managed Inventory ( VMI), so that supplier which later [is] obliged to and accountable for determine when an item have to be sent to self-service, pursuant to information mount sale and availability of stock exist in the self-service. Pursuant to result of evaluation above hence can be concluded that performance policy of supply in Self-service KUD Pakis Malang can improve satisfaction of consumer
