Abstract

Optimal performance is requirements absolute fulfill organizational goals in an enterprise.Human resources necessary to manage firm in get a condition thight competition, including the human resources to forming a work effective. Human resources holding a very important role in organization because element men as well as predicted the success or failure of a wisdom, strategy and steps operational activities. Motivation of the creation was best work inside the box and workplace characteristics regarded as important factors in determining of employee performance. Those two factors will be canvassed to see their influence on of employee performance salesperson. Office as well as the main factor of a greater effect on the performance of an employee at the micro small and medium shots would take off and asia. A problem that under review in this research was is there any the relationship between his best work inside the motivation of the creation was, workplace characteristics and performance of the tens of thousands of workers. The purpose of this research to identify and analyzed the hour by hour even closer ties between the motivation of the creation was best work inside the box, workplace characteristics and performance of the tens of thousands of workers. Of research in home industi UMKM Asia Citra population in this research is 35 employees UMKM Asia Citra .The kind of data that used was the data quantitative and qualitative while for data sources use up primary and secondary data .Data collection method documentation and the questionnaire, the method of analysis that is the instrument (test validity and reliability test), descriptive analysis the percentage, the analysis the data that uses analysis a track (path analiysis) and the hypothesis uses software spss 16 for windows.
