Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the employees performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balikpapan. Sampling methode using purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study as many as 100 namely permanent employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balikpapan. The analytical tool in this study using multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the employees performance of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balikpapan. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant influence between emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. It can also be interpreted that the higher emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the higher the employee's performance. Recommendations recommended based on the findings of this study, it is expected that researchers can further develop this research by replacing variables and using this research model with different research objects.
