Relating at target and function Education of National and also Directorate mission and vision of PLB hence there are some Elementary Schools carrying out education of inklusi. Inklusi is class involving student which was have special requirement to learn together with student which coeval him in public class. Target in this research is to know process learn to teach at student which is have special requirement to (student of inklusi) in class of inklusi, especially mathematics subject. This research use research qualitative which in form of description. To get data which in needing through three phase, that is (1) interview; (2) conducting observation; (3) collecting document which in needing. While becoming the source of data is special counselor teacher of class of inklusi in State Elementary School Junrejo 02 Batu. Result of research indicate that in study of mathematics in class of inklusi, special counselor teacher always repeatedly explain moment discussion fundamental in front of and a more regular individually at class student of inklusi because student of inklusi have difficulty remember and difficulty comprehend concept. From research result earn in concluding that special counselor teacher more apply individual study, where special counselor teacher often have interaction to individually in each student of inklusi in explaining discussion fundamental and student do problem.
