Abstract

Background: Post SC (Sectio Caesarea) bleeding management is in accordance with the case discussed regarding peripheral circulation care with the implementation given is monitoring an increase in blood pressure (blood pressure check), monitoring MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure, respiratory status (respiratory frequency check), position semi-Fowler patient, and collaborated on the administration of antihypertensives (methyldopa 25 mg). Post SC (Section Caesarea) care on day 1, planning treatment based on the actual diagnosis and potential problems, namely establishing good communication with the patient and his family, carrying out breast care, encouraging the mother to consume nutritious food, explain to the mother the cause of the pain, observe signs of infection in the surgical wound, encourage the mother to get enough rest, teach the mother relaxation techniques, provide counseling about personal hygiene. Preeclampsia is one of the causes of pregnancy complications which is characterized by blood pressure > 160 /110 mmHg, requires vaginal delivery and must be treated immediately because it can result in death. Post Date Pregnancy is a pregnancy that lasts up to 42 weeks or (294 days) calculated from the first day of the last menstruation.
Tujuan: The general aim of writing this Final Work for Nurses is to find out nursing care for patients post SC (Section Caesarea) Day - 1 with indications of postdate and preeclampsia (PEB).
Metode: This research design uses a case study, a case study is research that focuses on one particular object that is appointed as a case of nursing care obtained from assessment data in accordance with the contents of the maternity assessment format, namely (PNC).
Result: After carrying out peripheral circulation care interventions such as soaking the feet in warm water, monitoring TTV, administering pharmacological therapy with breast care methyldop, and supporting physical mobility for 3 consecutive days, the results showed that these interventions could improve peripheral circulation in post-SC (Section Caesarea) mothers). The main nursing diagnosis found in peripheral risk cases is ineffective.
Conclusio: From the results of this study it can be concluded that peripheral circulation treatment (soaking the feet in warm water) can significantly improve peripheral circulation in post-SC (Sectio Caesarea) mothers.
