Abstract

Background : The process of growth and development in children can not be separated from the influence of neurosensomotorik. However, not every child has normal or optimal growth process, many developmental and growth disorders in children one of them is Cerebral Palsy (CP), where there is a lesion or anomaly disorder of the brain so that it can cause disruption to motor control and usually arise at early stage of its development Research Methods : Design The research used Quasi Experimental design with 2 groups approach Pre-test and Post-test Design without using control group. The number of respondents in this study were 30 children (22 male and 8 female) Patients with Cerebral Palsy in Malang with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research is Coordination Table Test. Application of data analysis test using SPSS 16.0 by using Independent T-Test test method. Respondents were divided into 2 groups with different interventions. Group A received intervention in the form of Task-Oriented Training and group B received Sensory Integration Therapy. Results are obtained immediately after intervention Result : The results of calculations by Independent T-Test obtained a significance of 0.075 (p > 0.05) with tcount = 1.852 < ttable = 2.048, H0 was accepted, there was no difference in the effect of Task Oriented-Training and Sensory Integration Therapy on Increasing Coordination of Cerebral Palsy Patients in Malang City Conclusion: From Independent T-Test result, it can be concluded that there is no difference of Task-Oriented Training Comparison with Sensory Integration Therapy (SIT) to Improved Coordination Standing in Cerebral Palsy (CP) Patients in Malang
