Abstract

Potato varieties of Granola Flower is one type of potato which is used as a food source in the country of Indonesia after rice. Potato tubers which are rich sources of proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins in order to meet the needs of the community. On the other hand, the main constraints in producing potato namely the difficulty of obtaining the appropriate cultivar with the physical environment as well as resistant to pests and diseases contracted through seeds. Therefore one way to enhance the productivity of potatoes by using the technique in in-vitro fertilization. This research aims to test the influence of Thiamin and combination with various concentrations of BAP and get a comparison of the concentration plant cuttings to grow the best potato varieties of Granola Swell. This research was conducted in a laboratory tissue culture Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The design used a random group of factorial design with 9 treatments repeated 3 times as much. The parameters used i.e. high number of shoots, the leaves, the number of book, number of roots and percentage of contamination. The results showed that by granting some concentration of Thiamin and astringent balance grow BAP gives a result that is not the case the interaction. Addition of Thiamin separately with several concentrations showed no real effect on the outcome of all the parameters. While the addition of BAP concentration shows the results with some real effect on parameters of tall shoots that occurred at 0 ppm, BAP treatment parameters the number of leaves that occur in treatment BAP 0 ppm, the parameters of the number of books that happen to treatment of BAP 2 ppm, the parameter number of the root which occurs in the treatment of the BAP 0 ppm.
