Abstract

The development of power export ornamental fish gave change to ornamental fish production indonesia to s become incredibly global including the rainbow boesemani (M.Boesemani). The difference male and female with this fish look striking at physical features, a male fish having body and a color that is good so that a male fish having the economic value that higher than in female. Productivity monoseks male can be done by pengaplikasian maskulinisasi method. One of the natural that can be used in the methods of maskulinisasi to produce monoseks the bulls are resin of bees or more in know as propolis. This study was conducted in laboratory of Aquaculture in Reproduction Fish Devision, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Brawijaya University in November 2017 till February 2018. The methodology that was used of these tests are the experimental methods are using random design it is the complete by the use of 4 treatment (0,5ppm, 1ppm, 1,5ppm, 2ppm) and 1 control treatment. For data that obtained will be analysis Sidik Ragam and realised variety and the application will be done BNT efforts whatever survives this test. To paramete the main upon the of this research is prosesntase the level of the male organs and the survival rate (SR) while from the supporting paramet carried out to examine growth rate (GR) and also the quality of the water. Results obtained to research this time that give resinous extract honey bees (propolis) impact on the percentage male in fish larvae Rainbow boesemani. The average to the percentage a kind of male fish on treatment A (0,5 ppm) is 43,92 %, treatment B (1 ppm) as much as (62,74), treatment C (1,5 ppm) as much as 50,28 % , treatment D (2 ppm) as much as 59,49 %, has committed against you and control of of 52,80 %. Prosentase a kind of male fish has the highest poverty rate is at rest in the treatment B (1 ppm). To the survival rate at the current level (SR) fish larvae rainbow boesemani with rerata on treatment A (0,5 ppm) as much as 57,78 %, treatment B (1 ppm) as much as 44,44 %, treatment C (1,5 ppm) as much as 44,44 %, treatment D (2 ppm) as much as 35,56 %, and control (0 ppm) as much as 57,78 %. To growth rate (GR) in treatment A (0.5 ppm) as much as 0,0203g, treatment B (1 ppm) 0,0208g it, treatment C (1.5 ppm) as much as 0,0215g, and treatment D (2 ppm) 0,024g it, while to control having growth average 0,210g it. While for the quality of the water include the value of their call therein will be to the morning of range from 5,38 - 8,43 ppm and in the daytime living luxuriously in ranges from 5,12 - 7 , 67 ppm, while pH on the morning of day of the tariffs range from 6,5 - 7,8 and in the daytime living luxuriously in size ranges from 6,1 - 7,3 . A conclusion that obtained from research on maskulinisasi fish Rainbow boesemani (Melaetaenia boesemani) was of soaking the larva of using the bee resin honey (propolis) with a dose which is different to exert an influence upon prosesntase male and do not to exert an influence upon the survival rate at the current level.
