Abstract
The straighten of law and the system of law as prima facie pillar in course of democratization become one of the fundamental theme which fought for in reform era these days. The Law plays of role very important in arrange coexistence, the Cultural of law Degradation which we can feel in Indonesia society environment these days have resulted fooling down of the level applicated to the law. Therefore, developing sense of justice have to striving very seriously by whole society element, considering transgression intensity which increasing from time to time Batu Merah represent one of the Countryside in Town of Ambon which follow to feel effect of conflict smelling SARA, the desisting of life of existing sociological culture previously, in adding the condition of security which uncertain cause its resident cannot do some think to the manner born History have proved Indonesia moslem scholar play a part important in social changes that happened in society. So that researcher become to interest to look for answer about role of moslem scholar in developing Batu Merah society sense of justice of Post conflict, as a mean to know role of moslem scholar in developing society sense of justice of post conflict In this research the researcher use approach of qualitative by using data collecting method in the form of; observation, documentation and interview Result from these research, researcher obtain; get answer about role of Batu Merah religion figure in defining law values inviting human being to activities having dimension according to, prioritize kindliness, avoiding damage and comprehend, believing and executing legalistic activities which go into effect in this state. In this research found the activity forms, mission theme, strategic stages; steps and attitude of Batu Merah moslem scholar and also miscellaneous supporting indication of is existence of role of moslem Batu Merah scholar in developing society sense of justice of post conflict. Result of from role of moslem scholar in developing Batu Merah society sense of justice one of them earn in seeing from security situation which more and more society sense of justice fooling down of level and conductive which liked continued goal return tying brotherhood of pela gandong representing law system sub which there are in Batu Merah custom society and in general Society of Ambon. Moslem scholar have clarified its identity as heir all prophet, by submitting holy religion teaching values and mission, becoming the carrier of light to Batu Merah society and society of Ambon in experiencing better life.
