Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the performance, work discipline, and work motivation and analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The sample was 36 employees of the Department of General Affair of PT. Inti DufreePromosindo using total sampling technique. The analytical tool to determine the level of performance, work discipline and motivation is a scale analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on performance. The results showed that performance in the low category, low category work discipline, and motivation in a sufficient category. The result showed that work discipline had a positive effect on performance, motivation had a positive effect on performance, and work discipline and motivation had a positive effect simultaneously on employee performance. It is expected the employee to always increase the discipline and motivation work that employee performance is satisfactory.
