Abstract
CV. Kinarya Berkah Abadi is one of the manufacturing company which is engaged in the field of drinking water in containers (AMDK) . This research was conducted to explore consumers perspective regarding the quality of a product of drinking water Q-Mas M using kansei engineering and kano model. This research aims to know the imagery or hope consumers will be the product of drinking water in accordance with image and their expectations. Kansei engineering method used to get the kansei words. The questionnaire used in kansei engineering method it is questionnaire semantic differential. The kano model is used to map the attributes of products based on the performances. Recommendations are given to improve the quality of drinking water products Q-Mas M is the must-be: re checking is done before it entered into the cardboard cartons, cardboard cartons are made thicker, straw fixed width design dimensions of the hole. One-dimentional: clean the machine periodically, giving consumer service label on the glass, giving the label a recycling symbol on the glass, shot glass design redesign. Attractive: labeling halal of MUI on the glasses, designed the label an attractive glass and give a wonderful mix of colors and modern look, designed the writing on the label clear glasses, straws, materials form designing levels and the finenes measure the length of a straw.
