Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many species of fungi that are quite high, the number of 200,000 species of 1.5 million species of fungi is in Indonesia (Gandjar et al, 2006). Research on fungus which was discussed as a drug has never been done in Raden Soerjo Forest Park. Forest encroachment in Indonesia is increasingly widespread as a tourist spot or diversion of agricultural land can help release fungi. This study discusses the differences in morphology of fungi in the Raden Soerjo Forest Park in Mojokerto Regency. Knowing the chemical content of terpenoids and steroids contained in the fungus. The research was conducted in the Raden Soerjo Forest Park area in Mojokerto Regency. The steps taken are the administrative process, preparation and preparation of materials, observation, preparation, fungus retrieval, collection, extraction, sowsowski testing and data analysis. Fungus which is translated as medicine has the characteristics of color is not bright, there are no dead animals, fungus and can not be accessed rotten. This study found 17 types of fungi which were divided into several blocks, namely Sanggar Block (PS) 9 types (53%), Weak Block Bang (LB) 7 species (41%) and Watu Lumpang Block (WL) 1 type (6%). The diversity of the shape of the hood is mostly in the part of the lamella arrangement, such as sponge (Pores), crossing lamella (Anastomising) and like a tooth (hydnoid) that uses 3 types of fungi. The diversity of the fungus stalks in the part of the attachment media, the shape of the stalk, the outer texture and the shape of the substrate have a diversity of each of 3 types. The fungus was found to contain a collection of terpenoids and steroids in 3 types (18%), namely PS 01, PS 09 and WL 01. Fungi that did not contain fully contained 6 types (35%). Fungus with only 10 species of mixture of terpenoids (59%) while steroids as many as 4 types (24%) fungus.
