Abstract

Implementation of education in religious educational institutions, especially in boarding schools are considered to have an impact on personality development of students in boarding schools and faith Daruttauhid. Boarding school is seen as one of the many religious institutions to provide education and awareness process to students. In fact many parents who give hope to the existence of Islamic boarding schools in educating children who have problems with behavior and her social. Islamic boarding schools are considered capable educate juvenile delinquents using a background of religious education. Under these conditions, this research seeks to understand about the types of violations and sanctions imposed by the boarding school Daruttauhid Malang ". This research is a qualitative deskripstif which aims to find out and get a picture of a violation and sanctions at the seminary. This research was conducted by using 4 subjects of research. This research includes pralapangan stage, the stage of field work and data analysis. The result showed that this form of abuse in the boarding school students Daruttauhid Malang, is. do not follow the study groups. Beside it is the activity of smoking, also out of boarding school without the permission of carers. While the cause of delinquency Daruttauhid students in boarding school in Malang, due to family factors and lack of control from parents so that students behave as they wish. Besides Intercourse is also very dominant factor in shaping the behavior of students and boarding Environmental factors, such as lack of control and control of the caregiver, especially if outside the pesantren. While the sanctions provided by the pesantren Daruttauhid against violations of Islamic students applied less effectively, it seems the students who commit violations repeatedly. Besides, there is a sense of fear on sanctions rather than respect for the sanctions. This is apparent in violation of students who continue to occur and increase when the caregiver does not control the foundation Daruttauhid boarding school in Malang.
