[So that/ to be] this machine can function better hence needing the existence of system treatment of machine produce by plan and is regular. Problems exist in this company [is] treatment of machine which not regular to frequently await until natural machine [is] condition of Heavy Damage till cannot operate again causing expense of resulted [by] Down Time [is] machine [do] not operate or destroy. To overcome the the problem proposed [by] 81 planning of treatment by using Method of Markov Chain, good [of] treatment system which [is] preventif and also corectional by using analysis of[is expense of low. [At] treatment early company ( P0) [done/conducted] [by] Corectional treatment if machine in a condition Heavy Damage ( 4 = 0,098765 / 4 = 0,10), [is] so that got [by] the expense of treatment equal to Rp 2.714.750 ,-. From 81 treatment of proposal selected [by] treatment of best proposal which have the expense of treatment of terendah, that is by [doing/conducting] treatment of Preventif if machine in a condition Damage [Is] ( = 0,058178 / 3 = 0,06) ( P3) [is] so that got [by] the expense of treatment equal to Rp 698.750 To know the level of cost-saving of Ekspektasi treatment of machine [done/conducted] by : Expense Of Treatment Early ( P0) lessened [by] the expense of Treatment of best Proposal ( P3), [is] so that got [by] cost-saving of Treatment of machine equal to Rp 2.016.000 ,- or degrade the expense of treatment of machine equal to 74,26.
