Abstract

The Mentigi in mountainous regions strongly support as a convervation. For its fruit can be food for birds and other wildlife who have habitat in the mountains and mentigi can be used as anchoring erosion. So far it has no so many people to cultivate these plants, so the spread of mentigi are not too fast. When did this left succession so the population of mentigi can be endangered, so as to preserve mentigi can be done by tissue culture. Tissue culture is encouraging technique part of a plant in a media containing nutrientcomplete, tools and materials plant used must be aseptic and their conditions under control. Research aims to understand the influence of the provision of zpt 2,4 D and BAP to burst explants and the formation of Vaccium varingiaefolium callus. Methods used in this study that is by using design random complete (ral) developed in factorials, consisting of 2 factors the concentration 2,4 D and BAP. The one that was already obtained next analyzed using analysis variety of (anova) and the Duncan 5 percent. Based on the research results show the provision of combination treatment 2,4 D and BAP there are interaction very real to variables burst explants that is in combination treatment 2,4 D 1 ppm + BAP 1 ppm and the formation of callus mentigi that is in combination treatment 2,4 D 3 ppm + BAP 3 ppm. The provision of zpt 2,4 d influential very real to eksplan broke out in concentration 1 ppm and the formation of callus mentigi in concentration 3 ppm, while the zpt BAP influential very real to explants broke out in concentration 1 ppm.
