Abstract
In this research, the researcher takes a title about observation of juridical sociologist of law protection for Indonesian blue-collar workers applicant. Law protection of Indonesian blue-collar worker applicant is a part which should give protection and safety to the Indonesian blue-collar worker applicant. Based on the statement above, the problem of this research is how the forms of law protection for Indonesian blue-collar worker applicant which was observed from placement agreement, right and obligation and law protection for them when they are in the work place. The purpose of this research was to know the form of law protection for Indonesian blue-collar worker applicant which was observed from placement agreement, right and obligation and law protection for them when they are in the work place. Furthermore, sociologist juridical research was used as method in this research which was gotten from field study and literature. And the data analysis used descriptive method. It analyzes with explanation clearly about object of the study. The result of the study was about the agreement of the work placement form of PT. Iin Era Sejahtera, it was written and used standardization. So, the right and obligation from them which had been decided in the agreement of work placement. Therefore, the agreement was presented or made by PT. Iin Era Sejahtera. The applicant who received the agreement was not given a chance to held real bargaining with the PT. Iin Era Sejahtera.
