Abstract

This event will be based on research by the problems in the supervision of the management of the Fund towards the village of BPD.The view of many members of the BPD who have yet to understand about these funds even regarding its management of human resources, because BPD do not support the implementation of the functions of the BPD as functions of legislation and oversight functions as well as communication between the Executive Board and the head of the village as well as BPD Councilor did not go well. The type of research used in this study was ddeskriptif by using qualitative data analysis.While the data collection technique using guided interview mmetode interview guide, the subject of this study, namely the head of BPD, the head of the village and a couple of goodies. The results of the research that the researcher take of research this time through surveillance intern and extern conducted by BPD, has been running properly but at a time when the activity took place often found lack this is based on the system a less harmonious communication within the membership, it is evident from the presence of the Lebakgowah village of BPD has always followed the activities of the Government, but by the time these policies funded BPD Village Lebakgowah has no real evidence in the activities of the supervision of the Extern.The pattern of relationships between members as well as between Governments that still have problems also became the incidence of new cases in the surveillance activities, in accordance with article 110 permendagri No. 50 para 1 which describes the activities of the forum conducted between government agencies but never held between government institutions. For surveillance activities undertaken by the extern BPD Village Lebakgowah there is still a problem in terms of documentation such as the absence of written records in terms of supervision activities, and relations between the institutions are not in accordance with the permendagri No. 110 article 50ayat 1, for that author suggests in any activity conducted by the extern supervision BPD must be the written record-keeping in order to see the development of the activities conducted.
