Abstract

The research was distributed by the presence of an obstacle of student in learning material on the sub theme of helthy blood circulation to the grade 5 elementary school, healty blood circulation material classified material that is hard understand if you not using the media learning like a circulatory system that cannot be performed directly using the media, should scale form variations of sound that cannot be served if there were no sound media and others as well as passive students in learning activities if it does not use the media. Based on these problems do research that aims to develop flash-based learning media products sub theme of the healthy blood circulation, knowing the validity of media, and to know the effectiveness of the implementation of the media. The type of research that is done is R&D (Research and Development) with refrence to the model Lee & Owens (Analyze, Design, Development, Inplementation, Evaluation). The subject of this research is the grade 5 students SDN 01 Jatimulyo Malang with 30 students. As for the instrument used in the study are (1) media specialist with question form, (2) matter specialist with question form, (3) question form students response, (4) reserved posttest. The research result obtained are: 1) analysis, need analyze on the material the sub theme of healthy blood circulation; 2) design, the creation of media design in the form of storyboard; 3) development, making products and assesment from media specialist and matter specialist; 4) implementation, products trials done is class 5 SDN 01 Jatimulyo Malang; 5) evaluation, based on expert judgement question form media and material experts are getting very good result. The results of the posttest average value 85 with percentase completeness 100% all student completeness. The result of the student response show an average rating of 82% meaning an effective media use in learning.
