Abstract

Project Activities can be interpreted as a temporary activity that takes place in certain times with a certain allocation of resources and is intended to carry out tasks whose targets are clearly outlined. However, in the implementation of the project there is occasional discrepancy between the planner and the current conditions in the field due to changes in the project situation, the influence of weather factors, design changes, materials or equipment, inadequate employment needs, planner error or specification. In this case, the authors will conduct project acceleration analysis with the addition of working hours for 4 hours using time cost trade off analysis method. This method aims to shorten the duration of project implementation and analyze the effect of the addition of working hours can shorten the duration with additional costs so as to know the maximum acceleration and the minimum cost. The calculation begins with determining the work on the critical path and then crashing to get the lowest cost slope. The results of this analysis found that the acceleration resulted in a reduction in the duration of implementation from 396 days to 359 days with an increase of acceleration cost from Rp30.199.222.313.54 to Rp30.342.097.464.01 with the difference in cost of Rp142.875.150,47. s
