Abstract

Background: One component in football is vo2max, vo2max is the maximum oxygen volume that can be used per minute. The increase in vo2max endurance can be done with various exercises, one of which is continuous training. The training provided to train cardiovascular endurance is circuit training. In addition to circuit training, continuous training is also used to train biomotoric components, one of which is cardiovascular endurance. Continuous running training is running continuously there is no rest until the deadline. The researcher aims to determine the effect of continuous running on increasing vo2max on UMM soccer UKM players Methods: This study used a test test (running 15 minutes) to calculate the predictions of the sportsman VO2Max as many as 30 people. The data obtained were analyzed using paired t-test Conclusion: There is a continuous running effect on vo2max increase in UMM soccer UKM players
