Abstract
This research represents empiric study at manufacture companies in the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The title of this research is “The Analysis of Factors Influence Cash Dividend at the Manufacture Company in the Stock Exchange Indonesia”. The objective of this research is to analyze that variable of ROI, ROE, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had significant effect to Cash Dividend simultaneously and partially. The analyzer used to analyze variables that effect to cash dividend simultaneously using F test and to analyze variables had effect to cash dividend partially using t test. To determine whether variables of ROI, ROE, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had effect to cash dividend simultaneously if F count > F table or probability value <α (5%), to determine variables had effect to cash dividend if t count > t table or sig value <α (5%). The research result by F test can be concluded simultaneously variables of ROI, ROE, Cash Ratio, Debt to Total Asset (DTA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had significant effect to cash dividend. Base on t test indicate that variable EPS had significant effect partially and variables of ROI, ROE, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Asset (DTA) had no significant effect to cash dividend. Base on the conclusion, researcher can implicate that investor should be paid attention variable of EPS and others variable such as activity variable, solvability and variable include in internal and external factor. Management of the company should be paid attention variable EPS in decision making to determine level of cash dividend and able to be consideration of investor to invest.
