Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Liquidity, Profitability and Quality of Assets to the Capital Adequacy of Islamic Sharia Banks as a whole. The period used in this study is 2015 to 2017. This research is a quantitative research type and uses a correlation approach to determine whether or not there is a relationship on two or more variables. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity / Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Profitability / Return On Assets (ROA) and Quality Assets / Non Performing Financing (NPF). While the dependent variable in this study is Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in Islamic Commercial Banks. The data used are secondary data from BI and OJK webside, while the data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Liquidity / Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Profitability / Return On Assets (ROA) and Quality Assets / Non Performing Financing (NPF) simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity. While partially Liquidity / Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Quality of Assets / Non Performing Financing (NPF) have a significant effect, then Profitability / Return on Assets (ROA) has no significant effect.
