Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe work motivation, discipline and work performance of the employee part of the production on the home industry beans peas in Klungkung, to analyze the work motivation and discipline work against the performance of employees, and knowing which variables more dominant influence on employee performance. The samples were part of production amounted to 57 people. The sampling technique using total sampling. Analysis tool to find out the level of work motivation, discipline and work performance of the employee part of the production is the analysis of the range of the scale. Multiple linear regression analysis to find out the influence among variables work motivation, discipline of work on performance of employees. The results showed that the performance of the employee in the category of low motivation, job categories and job category of discipline is low. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, then compare the results from the regression coefficient of the variable work discipline that more powerful effect on the performance of the employee.
