Abstract
This research is a descriptive study on the Regional Revenue Office Pasuruan period 2003-2005 under the title "Analysis of Land and Building Tax Withholding and Contribution in Pasuruan Revenue Service." The purpose of this study was to determine whether property tax collection is effective and to find out how much property tax revenue-sharing contribution to the increase in local revenue building town of Pasuruan. In this study, the authors used secondary data used in data collection techniques and documentation methods. Once data is collected, then analyzed the data. The data analyzed in this study is the town of Pasuruan Dispenda organizational structure, implementation of the UN system and voting procedures, targets and realization of the UN and local revenue collection period 2003-2005 and the UN contribution to regional income. The results of this study reveals that revenue in the organizational structure there are three (3) structural position is vacant, the void is filled with ways mengomtimalkan performance of existing staff, Pasuruan UN effectiveness ratio of 2003 to 2005 are the lowest in the district of Purworejo. UN voting system for the city of Pasuruan not been effective this can be proved by the failure to achieve the set target. The cause of all this because the collection system is less than optimal UN Contribution to the reception area was too small so Pasuruan Local Governments are required to continue working to increase local revenues from the sector, particularly the United Nations. Based on the research that has been done shows that Pasuruan government must not only try to improve the reception area alone, but must improve better service to the community.
