Abstract

Curcuma is one of plants herbs that can be used as an ingredient of supply of cattle fodder an extra burst of pace or feed additive in rations cattle owning amount minimize old chicken production of vetiver oil has been, curcumin and xanthorrhizol that can be an effort to curb the fungi, increased appetite and some of the form of the livestock industry. An active substance curcumin in curcuma have kalagoga activity in that serves to increase the production and secretion of sap gall to emulsify fat and can be used to lower the levels of fat on meat. The purpose of this research to know the additional flour curcuma in feed and in terms of organic matter and coarse fiber in the meat of the village chicken super. Research carried out on 11 January to completion date of 2018, located at a closed house university farm university of Muhammadiyah Malang. Matter used their 100 day old chick (DOC) village chicken super. Treatment given is P0 (without curcuma flour/control), P1 (curcuma flour 0,33%), P2 (curcuma flour 0,67%), P3 (Curcuma flour 1%). As many as 5 times repeated treatment. The lord purpose that is used is a wonder of design random complete (RAL). Of the data analysis using analysis variansi (ANAVA). The conclusion of the study are the addition of reach the level of less curcuma meal and bread dough that 1 percent state minister for state rations to exert an influence that are not manifest and in terms of organic matter and coarse fiber in the meat of the village chicken super.
