Abstract

Observation result in District Sumberasih Probolinggo District, shows that citizen’s motivation to learn are still low. This is because the mindset of people who consider that literacy is not important and there is no Literacy Tutorial Module for tutors,therefore it is needed Tutorial Module to support learning using Catfish Cultivation Learning Book and to grow people’s learning motivation of blind script.This research aims to find out the development of Illiteracy Tutorial Module using Catfish CultivationLearning Book in Probolinggo. The type of this research is research and development model using ADDIE (Analyza, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subject of this research was illiteracy tutor in Probolinggo. This research was conducted in March-May 2018. Data collection techniques used in this research were interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. The result of the research showed that: (1) Development of Illiteracy Tutorial Module through validation stage by teaching material expert, material expert, and learning expert stated that teaching material was in very feasible criteria, very valid, and it needs revision according to suggestion. The percentage of eligibility of illiterate tutorial module teaching material by teaching material expert was 82%, by material expertwas 91%, and by learning expert was 95%. (2) The result of the tutor's response to illiterate tutorial module was 100% which was very good criteria.
