Abstract

This research purpose is to knowing : (1) develpoment of drawing module for grade 3 elementary school, and (2) Students response against the class III elementary school module.This type of research is development research using ADDIE model, ADDIE model development steps is : (1) Analysis phase, (2) Design phase, (3) Development phase, (4) Implementation phase, (5) Evaluation phase. This research developing teaching materials in drawing module form which is modified with the character figures shown in each chapter in mathematics learning materials. Research subject on third year student at Salamrejo elementary school in 2017/2018 academic years which had 30 students. This research start at Mei 2018 using small groups evaluation with 10 students and huge groups evaluation with 20 students.The research results obtained from validation process which conducted expert materials that are done through two stages with the first level of expert materials teaching validation result 91,9%, second materials validation stage with result 96,7%, then first validation with material expert equal to 78,8% and then second validation with material expert equal to 85,8% with each category very feasible. Student questionnaire results through small group trial with 10 students get 98.4% percentage and large group trial result with 20 students get 99.2% percentage. So can be categorized student response when using product of each drawing module is said very feasible. Mathematical drawing module can be concluded interesting and suitable for use for grade 3 elementary school. The mathematical drawing module that the researcher develops emphasizes the development of character figures in each chapter of the material. The character is for interaction to explaining the material contained in the drawing module.
