The aims of this study is to determine how the implementation of cooperative learning model, CIRC type in improving the activity, creativity, and student achievement in mathematics at SMPN 13 Malang. Learning model used in this study is using a model of cooperative learning in math CIRC type. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of research, classroom action research. This research was conducted on July-August 2010 in the odd semester 2010/2011 academic year at VIII-A class of SMPN 13 Malang. The subjects in this study were VIII-A class students of SMPN 13 Malang, which is totaled of 38 students. The instruments used were the observation sheet and test questions. The technique of data collection conducted is observation and tests. The results by using the model of cooperative learning CIRC type showed an improvement in students' learning activities. Namely in the first cycle, it reaches the percentage of 66.64% and then in the second cycle reaches 70.08%. In the creativity of students also increased. The percentage of first cycle reaches 65.90 and the second cycle reaches 70.99%. While student achievement, students who completed a classical based on KKM SMPN 13 Malang reaches 69.69% in the first cycle and in the second cycle, students who completed their study based on KKM SMPN 13 Malang reaches 80.64%. The study was discontinued the second cyrcle because it already meets the indicator to be achieved.
