Abstract

Seeing the curriculum provisions at this time is very demanding for teachers to provide creative and innovative classroom management so that students are able to learn with comfort and fun, so that they will be able to receive the material given by the teacher well and obtain good learning achievement. This research aims to find out: (1) whether classroom management positively and significantly influences the learning achievement results of fourth grade elementary school students at Oro-oro Ombo Kota Batu cluster and (2) how the classroom management influences the results of fourth grade elementary school students' achievement Se Oro - oro Ombo Town of Batu. This study uses quantitative research and the type of research used is ex post facto. As a research subject, in grade IV elementary school, the Oro-oro Ombo Kota Batu cluster consists of 3 primary schools, namely (1) Oro-oro Ombo 01 Batu Elementary School, (2) Oro-oro Ombo 03 Batu Elementary School, (3) Beji 01 Elementary School, Batu In total there were 69 students, this research was conducted from 4 to 10 September 2018, there were 2 stages in the research, namely the implementation of research, and the elaboration of research data. The results showed (1) there was no positive and significant influence on classroom management on the results of grade IV elementary school students' learning achievement at Oro - oro Ombo Town of Batu City. This is indicated by the probability (Sig.) Greater than> 0.05, from the overall results of 3 elementary schools in the Oro - oro Ombo cluster in Batu City, which means that there is no positive and significant influence, (2) the effect of classroom management on results learning achievement of fourth grade elementary school students at Oro - oro Ombo Kota Batu cluster has a low influence, this is indicated by the correlation value which is classified as an interval between 0.20 - 0.399, when viewed from the correlation interval which means the level of influence is low, the results of this study , the management of the class given by the teacher has an effect but the influence given is low, classroom management needs to be provided with better management in order to obtain quality results and good learning achievement.
