Abstract

Background of this research is Funding Sales Representative error from SRB by rushing customer’s funds for personal needs. Because of that mistake, customers’ trust in sharia bank is decreased. From that problem, cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri still has customers’ trust and year by year the customers are increased. That is because Funding Sales Representative Role of Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri in raising funds and instilling customers’ trust. Based on the exposure, the writer makes formulation of the problem as follows: 1) How is Funding Sales Representative Role in incereasing customer loyalty in Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri? 2) How is custumers loyalty in Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri? This research is done in Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri. In collecting data, this researcher uses descriptive qualitative method which means describing interview result and other data which are then analyzed by theory. The result of this research is Funding Sales Representative in Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri is very instrumental to improve customers loyalty. It is because the job of Funding Sales Representative is to interact directly with customers. Customers will be loyal if the service and the way of comunication from Funding Sales Representative are good and polite. Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri uses emotional approach in giving service. Cooperative BMT Maslahah also has service that makes customers easy in shuttling service and ATM service (Angkat Telephon Moro). Shuttling service makes customers easy so that there is no need to come in office in doing transaction, because Funding Sales Representative will come to customers who want to do transaction whether for installment payment, applying financing as well as saving money. By ATM service (Angkat Telephon Moro) through massage or telephone, customers only need to call or send a message to Funding Sales Representative related to the need then Funding Sales Representative provides service related to customers’ needs. Based on ease and good service from Cooperative BMT Problems Sidogiri, the customers become loyal to Cooperative BMT Maslahah Sidogiri
