Abstract

Industrial development is currently advancing rapidly. The increasing number of industries has an impact on increasing competition. A big industries can be a threat to the home industry. One of home industry is a multi-business brosem cooperative. KSU brosem is an industries that produce apple cider, located on Bromo Street, Gg. I No. 13 Rt. 01 Rw. 10 Sisir, Batu District, Batu City. In order for the home industry to continue to be able to compete in the market, one of them is by knowing the factors that influence buying interest of consumers, if buying interest is high then the chance of survival will be high. The purpose of the research (1) To know the causality relation between exogenous variable; product quality, service quality, and price towards the endogenous variable buying interest of consumers in Brosem apple cider. (2) To know the causality relation between exogenous variable; product quality, service quality, and price towards the endogenous variable buying interest of consumers in Brosem apple cider partially. (3) To know the correlational relation exogenous variables; product quality, service quality, and price. The results of the research (1) Exogenous variable; product quality, service quality, and prices in combination the influence on endogenous variables buying interest of consumers in Brosem apple cider is 64.8%. (2) The influence of exogenous variables; products quality, service quality, and the price on endogenous variable buying interest partially are 36,1%. 18,7%, and 39,8%. (3) The correlation between product quality variables and service quality is 0.524. The correlation between product quality variables and price is 0.616. The correlation between service quality variables and price is 0.514. The three variable correlation values are strong.
