Economic development in Indonesia which is more oriented to western Indonesia has resulted in the uneven distribution of the tourism sector, tourism development is more oriented to the regions of Java and Bali, this has resulted in very low tourist arrivals to Indonesia because the gates of foreign tourists are only concentrated in Bali, therefore the Central Government through the Ministry of Tourism established a Development Policy 10 Priority Tourism Destinations which can be called the 10th "New Bali" will be the gateway for foreign tourists to increase the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia. The results of this study are that since the implementation of Mandalika Priority Tourism Destination Development Policy has been implemented and many programs have been implemented and have begun to operate so that the impact of the implementation of this policy can be seen. only 9,435,411 increased in 2017 to 9,435,411 and an increase in the number of investments which increased by 32.17% in 2017 entered Indonesia. After being compiled with several benchmarks for the success of developmentalism theory development, the development carried out in the Mandalika Region has been appropriate and fulfills all the benchmarks presented in the theory so that it can be said that the development carried out in the Mandalika Region has been successfully carried out.
