This research eas done at Sekarputih Village Bondowoso which located at 259 m above the sea level, with raining rate 2018 mm / year. This research was done at September to Desember 2008. This research was aimed to find out about the influence af plant media composition and concentrate of compound fertilizer to the growth of sengon sead (Paraserianthes falcataria (L) Nieslon). Hypotesis of this research were there was interaction in plant media composition treatment and concentrate of compound fertilizer to the growth of P. falcataria (L) Nielson, quessed by the different plant media composition would influence the growth of P. falcataria (L) Nielson seed The research was done by random group design (RAK – Rancangan Acak Kelompok) with 2 factor and 3 repeating. Factor I : plant media composition (B) consisted of 3 level. They were soil media : sand (B1), soil : sand + 20 gr bokashi (B2) and soil : sand + 40 gr bokashi (B3). Factor II : concentrate of compound fertilizer (K) consisted of 4 level. They were without concentrate (K0), concentrate 20 gr / lt (K1), concentrate 30 gr / lt (K2) and concentrate 40 gr / lt (K3). Observation was done by non destructive way, including height and diameter which was done once in 10 days, for destructive ways, including : root length, amount of boot, wet weight and dry weight of the root which was done at the end observation. From the research, there was variance analysis with 5% and 1 % rate. To find out the best differential treatment combination, it was continued with Duncan test at 5 % rate. Variance analysis result that there was no real interaction between plant media composition treatment and compound fertilizer concentrate, at height parameters of plant, diameter of plant, root length, amount of root and wet weight of the root. That why in sengon culture, there suggested to use plant media composition soil : sand + 40 gr bokashi and concentrate of compound fertilizer 20 gr / lt to get the result.
