Indonesia is one country that has natural resources such as land that is relatively broad and fertile. With the climate, temperature and humidity are suitable for the growth needs of staple food crops, One type of food crops that is needed by most of the population of Indonesia is rice plants (Oryza sativa). This study aims to: 1. Knowing partnership rice seed; 2. Knowing the cost, revenue and income of farming in rice seeds; 3. Knowing the benefits of seed rice farming in partnership. The method used is stratified sampling method is the withdrawal of samples by dividing the population into several strata. The number of samples taken into are 20 people from a population of 140 farmers. Some farmers who have partnered with UD. Tani Makmur datum is taken to be the respondent. The types of datum is taken from the primary datum. Partnership between UD Tani Makmur and the farmers are extremely efficient and mutually beneficial. Average number of production costs after converted into one hectare land area, the average production cost per hectare that must be spent by the farmer respondents were Rp. 10,924,256, -. Average farm receipts of rice seed farmer respondents in one hectare of land conversion around Rp. 18.9 million, -. While the average farm income of seed rice land area of one hectare is equal to Rp. 7975744, -. Results from the average R / C ratio after the conversion of one hectare land area, it can be concluded that the value of R / C ratio of 1.73 which is bigger than the first. In accordance with the decision rules that are efficient farming of rice seedling to be conducted.
