Abstract

The these days, natural business world of fast emulation and growth. Many peripatetic companies is service area also feel the emulation. They compete to give service which with quality, because service quality in business world are " price to be paid" by company so that remain to survive and quality of good steward mean will arise satisfaction. of cutomer. Pursuant to the situation hence researcher later; then do research with title " Analyse the Quality Of Service At Sengkaling Aerobic and of Fitness Malang Center". This research is research of survey. Target of this research that is to know the quality of service at aerobic sengkaling and of fitness Malang center. In this research of analyzer used to know the quality of service that is 1) diagram analysis of kartesius 2) analysis make an index to satisfaction of cutomer. From analysis result which have been conducted with diagram analysis of kartesius that is that there is two variable which need to be improved the by performance of that is at energy variable listen carefully and attention, while to three other variable have very good. Result of analysis make an index to satisfaction of cutomer that is there is two variable which the was value of below/under 1, that is energy variable listen carefully with IKP 0,965 and attention variable with IKP 0,987 mean company performance [at] this variable not yet gratified cutomer while to three other variable of cutomer have felt very satisfied that is reliability variable with IKP 1,122 , guarantee variable with IKP 1,177 , and direct evidence variable with IKP 1,128. totalizing as a whole cutomer lick lips with company performance with IKP 1,072. Pursuant to above research result, suggested by company can improve performance at two variable that is energy listen carefully and attention while to three expected by other variable of company can maintain his performance.
