Abstract

Road network as a land transportation infrastructure plays a very important role in the transportation sector as well as to support the rate of economic growth along with the increasing need of transportation facilities that can reach areas in Indonesia. Neney Ransiki Road is a road that connects the two cities of Neney City and Ransiki City which aims to facilitate access to transportation. This road project is built along 1.509 Kilometers. There are many methods in geometric planning and pavement thickness, such as BSN -RSNI T-14-2004 method. The purpose of this final project is to know the horizontal curve, vertical curve, pavement layer thickness and cost budget plan on Neney Road - Ransiki Project, South Manokwari Sta. 0 + 000 - Sta. 1 + 509.In this pavement planning begins with the collection of secondary data in the form of land data, average daily traffic volume, road technical data, and standardized unit price referring to the Manokwari Regency Public Works Department.Based on the calculation of the method, obtained by pavement thickness on surface layer using Laston MS 744 with thickness 10 cm,base layer using Class B Stone Break with thickness of 20 cm and bottom layer using Sirtu class B with thickness 30,83 cm. To calculate the cost on the Road Neney - Ransiki obtained budget cost Rp. 7,603,879,091 (seven billion six hundred three million eight hundred seventy Nine thousand ninety one rupiah).
