Abstract

Planning and the development of the construction of the buildings in indonesia reinforced concrete has been increasing. It is a way to reduce population growth , scarcity of land , and price of land has skyrocketed particularly in urban area.. The arrival of earthquake predictable exactly place and the time hence planning building to be qualified earthquake resistant so that it can be reduced loss and woe might arise result of the the quake. One of the elements of retaining lateral burden earthquakes is core wall. Dual system is a system structure burden gravitation held by the structure of order, while the lateral held together by structure order and shear wall. According to SNI 1726: 2012 article 7.2.5.1 structure order hold at least 25 % retaining lateral , the rest held by a shear wall. Of the result analysis of the integrated enterpreneurship sosio laboratory building brawijaya university having a displacement largest namely 61.5 mm. Later retrieved reinforced core wall the cardinal directions namely 2D16-300 (strap vertical) and 2D16-250 ( strap horizontal) and 6 D25 reinforced pliable vertical.Later retrieved reinforced core wall direction non main namely 2D16-450 (strap vertical) and 2D16-450 (strap horizontal) and 6 D25 reinforced pliable vertical.To reinforced torsion, level 1-4 using 200 D16, level 5-7 use 156 D16, level 8-11 use 116 D16.
