Abstract

The aim of research to know the incentives, employee benefits, and employee performance. The influence of employee incentives and benefits on employee performance. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with the number of population and sample in this study are all employees of marketing as much as 70 people. The sampling technique used is the census technique. Analysis of the data using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results show that incentives in the category are sufficient; employee benefits in either category; and employee performance in the category are sufficient. Incentives and employee benefits have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance. he incentive variable has a stronger effect on employee performance. Auto 2000 Management is expected in the future to improve awards to employees, may be praise, reward, or award certificate as a symbol of appreciation from the company.
