Abstract

With the increasing economic growth and to improve the smoothness of goods and services, then done road planning. In this Final Project the author took the title of Planning Overview Plaster Thickness Ply with Component Analyzer Method on Jalan H.M.Arsyad Sampit city, which aims to find out each of the thick layer of pavement Road on the age of 10 years. Pavement construction consists of: Surfaces Course, Base Course, Sub Base Course and Sub Grade. The methods used to review the flexible pavement plan are: Component Analysis Method, while the required scale is: Plan Path, Plan Age, Surface Index (IP), Average Daily Traffic (LHR), Vehicle Distribution Coefficient (C ), Equivalent (E), Initial Equivalent LEF (LEP), Final Lifecycle (LEA), Central Mean Lail (LET), Lifecycle Lever (LER), Land Support (DDT), Regional Factor (FR), Index Thickness of Pavement (ITP). In this H.M.Arsyad road planning study the authors plan the pavement thickness as follows: Surfaces Course 8cm, Base Course 20cm and Sub Base Course 30cm with pavement specification ie for surface layer using Laston MS744, the foundation layer of the aggregate of class A stone, powder under the aggregate of B grade B and the original soil. Planning this road will be expected to provide benefits for the community Sampit Kotawaringin Timur district especially villagers cempaga melayu village in carrying out all its activities in traveling. As for suggestions that I can convey as a writer that is in the next road planning can use other methods such as AASHTO from America as a comparison for road planning in Indonesia.
