Abstract

Research done by the writer titled “Evaluation of Cash Flow Report in order to keep liquidity and increase profitability in Cosmetic Organization listed on BEI”. This research aimed to find out the company monetary position from perspective of cash flow and also to find out liquidity level and profitability of cosmetic organization which listed on BEI also to find out way to keep liquidity and increse profitability by cash flow analysis. Analytical tool used were : (1) liquidity analysis, this analysis aimed to find out how far the organization able to pay the sort obligation owed by the organization ; (2) profitability analysis, this analysis was directed to increase the organization profit ; (3) keeping liquidity and increasing profitability by evaluating cash flow and taking solution from exiting problem. The result and discussion to cash flow evaluating in order to keep liqudity and increase profitability to the organization which listed on BEI discussed by cash flow, liquidity and profitability showed by (1) from the cash flow level, the cash flow used by the organization decreased relatively from 2003 to 2006 was 4% ; (2) seen from organization liquidity was increaesd since 2003 to 2006 in 38% ; (3) from the organization profitability level decreased on 2003 to 2006 for 3%.
