## Abstract

NEO Java Building Condotel Batu is a high rise building with reinforced concrete construction consisting of 7 floors. Condotel is one of the important infrastructure for people and tourists who vacation in Batu Town as a temporary place to stay. Condotel consists of the top structure of the plate, beams, columns and bottom structures in the form of a bored pile foundation that serves to distribute the load from the upper structure to the ground. The type of soil in the project and the load of the structures on the building becomes an important aspect in the planning of the bored pile foundation. The method used to calculate the carrying capacity of the drill bit foundation in this final project is the sondir method of Guy Sangrelat. Calculation of the settlement due to upper structure using approach Janbu et al. Calculation of pile cap reinforcement and bored pile foundation based on SNI 2847: 2013. The result of bored pile foundation found that the diameter of the pile is 50 cm with the depth of 7 m and the variation of piles number is 2, 3, 4, and 5 for each pile cap. The result of planning of pile cap obtained by dimension of pile cap equal to (1,50 x 3.00 x 1,00) m3, (1,50 x 3,50 x 1,00) m3, (2,80 x 3,00 x 1,00 ) m3, (3.50 x 3.50 x 1.00) m3 and (3.00 x 4.10 x 0.90) m3 and the longitudinal bars used were D22-100 mm. The result of the reinforcement of bored pile foundation was obtained by longitudinal reinforcement 8D19 and spiral reinforcement D13-100 mm. And result of settlement of foundation of biggest bored pile that is 7,18 cm.
