Abstract

Giving service which with quality to consumer become very attention is necessary for company. With good service will be able to create and satisfaction of loyalties consumer using the service and also assist to keep distance with competitor. One of the ways of in influencing consumer to use hair salon service that is by giving the quality of service which either through Word Mouth of. Word of Mouth trusted by more effective influence decision of consumer in using service get a haircut. Target of research (1) Knowing and explaining influence of quality and service word mouth of have an effect on by simultan to decision of purchasing of service at Joker Hair Salon of Lumajang. (2) Knowing and explaining influence is quality of and service of word mouth of have an effect on by partial to decision of purchasing of service at Joker Hair Salon of Lumajang. (3) Knowing and explaining variable which among variable is quality of and service of word mouth of having an effect on dominant to decision of purchasing of service at Joker Hair Salon of Lumajang. Its benefit is (1) To company party that is upon which accurate input in order to evaluate marketing conducted to know decision of conducted by purchasing is consumer, so that can be used as by owner consideration in determining policy a period to come. (2) To other party, research can be used as by information in the field of marketing and can be used as by reference materials to researcher party hereinafter which wish to conduct research of a kind. Analyzer which is used in this research is doubled linear regression, classic assumption test. Instrument test the used is and validity of reliabilitas. Result of data analysis is (1) Influence is quality of and service word of mouth by together to decision of purchasing of service at Joker salon in Lumajang is known with result of test of F. As for influence between variable of X to variable of Y by partial to decision of purchasing of service get a haircut in Lumajang is the quality of service (X1), mouth of word (X2). (2) Pursuant to result of analysis among two variable that is quality of and service of word most dominant mouth of its influence to decision of purchasing of service in Joker salon of Lumajang is variable word of mouth (X2).
