Abstract

Transportation is the support of the success of development as supporting the mobilization of people and goods. One mode of transportation developed in Indonesia is the mode of land transportation (highway). This planning is intended for the development of roads in the city of Marabahan in particular and in the last Barito Kuala Regency, the way of saving the pavement of the highway. The calculation method of planning used is the method of calculation of thickness planning of the flexible pavement using Guidence Planning Thickness Flexible Pavement of Highway With Component Method Analysis SKBI-2.3.26.1987 (method of Bina Marga) at Jenderal Sudirman Street of Marabahan City as long as 6.3 KM. The required values are: Long Road, Age Plan, Road Type, Plan Speed, Slope value, Average Rainfall, Average Daily Traffic (LHR), Equivalent Number (E), Vehicle Distribution Coefficient (C), Cross-Equivalent Beginning (LEP), Cross-Equivalent Plans (LER), CBR (California Bearing Ratio) Value, Soil Bearing Capacity (DDT), Regional Factor (FR), Initial Surface Index (IPo), Final Surface Index (IPt), Surface Thickness Index (ITP), Relative Strength Coefficient (a), Basic Price of Material and Wage Unit also Rental Price of Construction Equipment. Based on those values available the calculations for each pavement layer thickness are: Surface course 15 cm, Base course 20 cm, SubBase course 10 cm, CBR value 3.45% and total Budget Plan (RAB) Rp 6.027.784.000,00
