Abstract
This research represent case study at Manufacturing business with title " Audit Operational To Assess Efektifitas and Efficiency Function Sale At Company Of Cigarette Warehouse Mango of Pamekasan". Target of this research is to know do sales revenue have reached effective and efficient storey;level; and to know do company performance at sale function can become efficient and effective if measured pursuant to operational audit. In this research, researcher use data collecting technique by documentation, interview. Where the technique aim to to know do sale which have been done/conducted by company earn terealisasi is matching with the one which budgeted so that/ to be can become effective. Than result of research which have been done/conducted, company not yet can realize budgeted sale, so that company told is not effective. As well as known that sale of company bigger than from its earnings burden, so that the sale told is efficient.
