Abstract

Background : Diabetes Mellitus is metabolic disorder which is signed within hyperglycemia. The one of important variable on guideline of DM type 2 globally is microbiota intestines. On DM type 2 occur intestine disbiosis which causes the chronic systemic loe grade inflammation. Probiotic which contained on low fat yogurt can reduce oxidative stress that is having big roles on pathogenesis and diabetic progressiveness. Yogurt can inhibit growth of gram negative bacteria. Konjav flour contains glucomanan which is produced prebiotic. Selective probiotic stimulates growth and activity of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli bacteria. Objective :The aim of this study is analyses the effect giving of konjac yogurt combined to amount of lactic acid bacteria at duodenum. Method : The method of this study is experimental study with using post test only control group design, which is used 24 rats and divided to become 6 group randomly, devide to health control, negative control, positive conttrol, P1 group, P2 group and P3 group. Statistical analysis amount of lactic acid bacteria is using One Way ANOVA methods. Result : The result of ANOVA test is showing that’s between negative control group which has significant differences to P1 dan P2 groups with significant values 0,00 and 0,00 (p<0.05). But it hasn’t significant differences to P1 and P3 with significant values 0,219 (p>0,05). Conclusion :An extending of konjac flour can gives an impact to amount of lactic acid bacteria at diabetic Rattusnorvegicus duodenum.
