Abstract
This Research represent descriptive research by depicting and analysing obtained data. This Research Object is Company Of Area of Semeru Sub-Province of Lumajang with research title " Evaluation Performance Financial Tourism Division at Company of Semeru Sub-Province of Lumajang". The purpose of this research is to know company performance at the same time get input concerning monetary performance evaluation of tourism division. Technique of the data analyse is with method of value money for cover measurement of effectiveness, efficiency, and is economic. The measurement of the effectiveness explains ability of company of area in realize earnings of planned to be area genuiness to be compared to specified goals pursuant to real potency of area. The analysis of economical’s measurement used to measure the economical of the outcome. Whereas, the measurement of the efficiency is the ratio which describes the comparison of the cost which has been spent to achieve the income to the realization of the obtained income. Result of calculation show economic by successively from year 2005-2007 gyrating mean equal to 20,01 %, 29,40 % and 43,15 %, for of mean efficiency equal to 26,78 %, 50,74 % and 51,53 %, followed by effectiveness storey with mean per annum alternately equal to 79,43 %, 67,26 % and 91,03 %. Pursuant to result of the percentage can be pulled by conclusion that performance of PD. Semeru have efficient and economic because result of percentage still below/under 100 %. But the performance not yet been told effective where an workplan assumed by have effective if result of its percentage above 100 %. Keyword : Evaluation Performance, Value For Money
