Several efforts that have been made to anticipate the forests so that the results of collaborative governance in the management of angrove forest can be seen that there are 5 ondicators, namely management planning to produce regulation to regulations on mangrove forest management. Implementation results in the duties and functions of stakeholders. Monitoring results in solutions to various problem that occur. Supervision of obtaining information on mangrove areas. Dovolopment planning results in the devolopment of mangrove ecotourism. The conclusion thet the management of National Park Baluran very strived for sustainability. It can be seen that there is no significant damage that is likely to threaten life, however the theft of wood will gradually become large if left unchecked and not followed firmly.
