Abstract

Keywords: FACTORS CONSIDERED Type of research is survey research, where researchers conducted observations in the data pengumpuluan conducted in Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL) with the heading "Factors to be considered tourists to visit attractions nautical Lamongan (WBL)." The purpose of this study was to determine the factors considered tourists to visit attractions nautical Lamongan (WBL). Also to determine the most considered factor of tourists visiting the place of maritime tourism Lamongan (WBL) In this research, the authors take two hypotheses namely: Suspected personal factors, social, and tangibles considered tourists visiting Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL). And the hypothesis to the two alleged tangible factor is the dominant factor considered by tourists visiting the Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL). The analytical tool used in this research is by using factor analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done can be generated 7 factors to be considered tourists visiting Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL). seven factors are: personal and social factors., the factors of physical evidence (tangible), factor souvenirs, promotional factor, the factor of location / place, the price (price). so that the hypothesis 1 which states the social factors, personal and tangible that the consumer consider visiting Wisata Bahari Lamongan to be acceptable and in testing the hypothesis II which states merupkan Tangible factors are the dominant factor consumers consider a visit to the Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL) can not be accepted. turns on factor 1 (personal and social) have eigenvalue varience 17 441 3837 and the largest value of other factors. this means Personal and Social factors are the most dominant factor to be considered tourists visiting Marine Tourism Lamongan (WBL). Based on the above conclusions, expected that the PT. True Earth Lamongan more attention to personal and social factors., Physical evidence (tangible), souvenirs, promotion, location / place, and price (price) .. Because the seven factors as factors that had been considered by tourists in choosing the resorts and measures taken in the future should focus on seven factors tersebut.Melihat personal and social factors are taken into consideration the factors that most tourists, the company should pay more attention to internal factors of consumer by identifying the interactions that exist within the family, understanding the dynamics penagnbilan decisions in the family also needs to identify the consumer reference group and information on references or referrals from social groups that can affect a person on the behavior and lifestyle, influence on attitudes and self-concept that will affect keputusa tourists.
